Last year, i did a request for :iconinchide: Inchide, who wanted a drawing of Samus Aran if she was visibly affected by being injected full of Metroid DNA....

....it turned out to be really popular, but i was never fully satisfied with it.

So i drew her again. It is kind of a sexy idea -- being mutated into the thing you hate/fear the most -- and having to live with it.

But i wonder.... would she inherit the Metroid's abilities to fly and survive in the vacuum of space despite resembling a membranous jellyfish?

I suppose she might,

I tried that, but it looked odd at this angle, with her arm in front....

Nice! Looks more like her current style, with the blonde ponytail and all. A definite improvement over the original.

Very very very coool. ^_^ I love the transprent bulges on her legs, the sinister pose, and the background really adds the right atmosphere, hinting back to werewolf lore a bit.
